Built for buildings that can't close
Commercial Water Damage started with a simple observation: a burst supply line in a home and a burst supply line in a 200-room hotel are not the same job. One is a repair. The other is a business interruption with tenants, staff, inventory, insurers and a revenue clock all running at once.
So we built the company around the second one. Our crews scope losses the way a facility manager reads them — by which floors have to stay open, which systems have to stay live, and how much downtime the balance sheet can absorb before the damage stops being about water.
