Judged on downtime, not on adjectives
Commercial water damage is a business problem before it is a building problem. A restaurant that stays closed an extra weekend loses two of its best trading days. A distribution center with a wet slab cannot receive pallets. So the reviews on this page tend to talk about the same handful of things: how fast a crew actually arrived, whether the drying and moisture control was verified rather than assumed, and whether the claim paperwork held up when the adjuster read it.
We restore commercial property only — no residential work — which is why our clients are almost always facility directors, property managers and owner-operators rather than homeowners. If you want the longer version of how we work, our company story covers it, and certifications & safety sets out the standards our crews are held to on every job.
Reviews are useful, but they are summaries. For the full scope, sequence and timeline of a project, the written case studies show the work in detail — including the Atlanta hotel loss and the Georgia warehouse flood.

Server room saved on a Friday night
A supply line burst above our server room just after 9 p.m. Their crew was on site inside the hour, built containment before they touched anything, and had us fully operational by Monday morning. No data loss, no missed trading day.

Reopened in days, not weeks
A sewage backup ran under our dining room floor an hour before service. They handled containment, sanitation and every page of the insurance documentation. We reopened in days rather than weeks, and the health inspector had no notes.

Three floors dried without disturbing tenants
A sprinkler discharge hit three floors of our building. They worked nights so our tenants barely noticed, sent a daily moisture log, and flagged one slow-drying cavity before it became a mould problem. Communication was flawless throughout.

Pallets kept moving through the dry-down
Storm water came in through a failed roof drain and pooled across half the warehouse floor. They staged the drying aisle by aisle so we never had to stop receiving. The desiccant setup was the difference — the slab was dry in five days.

The claim file did the arguing for us
Our carrier initially pushed back on the scope. The moisture maps, thermal images and daily readings they had produced settled it in one call. I have never had a restoration contractor hand an adjuster a file that complete.

Ninety rooms back in inventory
A riser failure soaked four guest floors on a full weekend. They isolated the affected block, dried it behind hoarding, and we kept selling the rest of the hotel. Ninety rooms were back in inventory before the following Friday.

Clinic stayed open the whole time
A chilled water line failed above our imaging suite. They understood immediately what could and could not be shut down, worked in negative pressure, and kept our infection control lead in the loop. We never cancelled a patient appointment.

Build-back matched the original finish
After the dry-down we needed drywall, flooring and paint across a whole leasing office. Same team, same project manager, one invoice. The finish matched the original well enough that our tenants never asked what happened.

Stock and records recovered, not written off
We assumed the archived files and the back-of-house stock were a total loss. They packed out overnight, dried the documents off site, and returned about eighty per cent of it. That single decision paid for the whole project.

Speed is the review
The line that appears most often is about how quickly a crew reached the door. Sixty minutes or less across metro Atlanta, any hour.
Documentation that holds
Readings, photos and scope written for an adjuster to sign, not for a file drawer. Clients rate claim support at 4.9.

Are these reviews from real commercial clients?
Yes. Every review published here is tied to a completed commercial project with a signed certificate of completion. Names are shortened and specific addresses are withheld at client request, but the property type, city and service are accurate.
If you would like to speak to a reference in your own sector, ask us and we will arrange an introduction to a manager who has run a comparable loss.
Do you publish negative feedback as well?
We do. Criticism at close-out usually concerns scheduling around a tenant or the pace of build-back rather than the emergency response itself, and it is the most useful input we get. Where a complaint identifies a process gap, it goes into our operating procedures and is covered in our certifications and safety review cycle.
What should I actually look for in a restoration company's reviews?
Three things. First, whether reviewers mention verified dry standards rather than “it looked dry” — the difference is explained in our guide to the commercial structural drying process. Second, whether the claim was documented well enough to survive an adjuster’s scrutiny. Third, whether the reviewer is a commercial client at all; residential praise tells you very little about how a contractor handles an occupied building.
How fast do you actually respond?
On site in 60 minutes or less across metro Atlanta, and rapid dispatch to all 159 Georgia counties. Properties on a priority response agreement are pre-registered with site details and contacts, which removes the intake step entirely.
For an active emergency right now, use emergency dispatch or call the 24-hour line.
Will you work with my insurance carrier?
We accept all commercial carriers and bill them directly. Our claim assistance team produces the moisture maps, photo logs and scope your adjuster needs, which is why claim support scores as highly as it does above.
If you are early in the process, the overview of commercial water damage insurance claims explains what documentation to preserve from hour one.
Can I leave a review after my project?
Please do. Your project manager sends a short feedback request at close-out, and you can also reach us any time through the contact page. Feedback from facility and property managers is what shapes how we schedule, staff and communicate on the next job.
