Water damage restoration built around your industry.

A restaurant kitchen, a cold-storage warehouse and a hospital wing all dry differently — and each one loses money in a different way. We scope, stage and sequence every job around how your facility actually operates.

The building type decides the drying plan

Water behaves the same way everywhere. Businesses do not. A burst riser in a warehouse means saturated pallets and a racking system you cannot safely move product around; the same failure in a hospital means an infection-control problem and a containment plan that has to be signed off before a single air mover runs. That is why our first questions on a commercial loss are never only about the water — they are about what the space does, who is in it, and what has to stay running.

The five industry groups below organise our commercial work by that logic. Each one carries its own containment rules, documentation expectations and after-hours realities, and each links through to the property types we handle most often. If your facility does not fit neatly into one, start with emergency response — the intake is the same and we will route the right crew regardless.

Whatever the sector, the underlying work is commercial water damage restoration: extraction, structural drying and moisture verification, then reconstruction where materials cannot be saved. What changes by industry is the sequencing, the containment and the paperwork.

    Who We Serve

    Commercial industries we restore

Five industry groups covering the property types that call us most across metro Atlanta and Georgia.

    Sprinkler Pipe Burst

    Sprinkler Pipe Burst

Rapid containment when a branch line, riser or main splits — including high-volume losses in warehouses and high-rises.

    Logistics and Industrial

    Logistics & Industrial

Large volumes, high ceilings and stock at risk. We stage extraction around racking, dock schedules and production lines that cannot simply stop.

    Offices, Healthcare and Science

    Offices, Healthcare & Science

Sensitive equipment, patient areas and controlled environments. Containment, air management and documentation come before anything else runs.

    Senior Living and Education

    Senior Living & Education

Occupied buildings with vulnerable residents and fixed term dates. Quiet equipment, phased zones and relocation planning built into the scope.

    Public and Special Facilities

    Public & Special Facilities

High-traffic, high-visibility spaces with public safety obligations and procurement rules. We document to a standard that survives review.

    Facility type not listed

    Facility type not listed?

Data centers, hospitals, schools, churches, apartment complexes and government buildings are handled through our specialty commercial program.

    Simple From Start to Finish

    How an industry-specific job runs

The same four steps every time — adapted to your operating hours, your compliance rules and your carrier.

    Call for priority dispatch

Tell us the facility type on the call. Crews roll 24/7 and arrive knowing what the site needs.

    Scope for the operation

Moisture mapping plus a phased plan that keeps trading, patient or production zones live where possible.

    We handle the claim

Sector-appropriate documentation goes to your adjuster through our claim assistance team.

    Dry down & reopen

Verified dry readings, then build-back scheduled around your calendar — not ours.

    Minimal Downtime

Nights, weekends and occupied buildings — we stage the work so revenue-generating space comes back first.

    24/7/365 Dispatch

Live answer around the clock, every day of the year — crews rolling within minutes of your call.

    IICRC-Certified Crews

Commercial technicians with large-loss experience across regulated, occupied and high-security environments.

    Services behind every industry

The same core capability set, deployed differently depending on the facility.

    Emergency Response  Most requested

24/7 dispatch, extraction, board-up and stabilization — the first call for any facility type.

    Water Damage Restoration

Full-scale water removal and structural drying for offices, high-rises, warehouses and multi-story properties.

    Plumbing Failures

Burst risers, failed supply lines and drain backups — the single most common commercial loss we attend.

    Sprinkler Systems

Fire-sprinkler discharge and accidental activation — common in warehouses, hotels and office towers.

    HVAC & Mechanical

Chillers, boilers, cooling towers and rooftop plant — the usual culprit in labs and data-heavy buildings.

    Roof & Weather

Flat-roof failures and wind-driven rain — a recurring risk for big-box retail and distribution sheds.

    Sewer & Contamination

Category 2 and 3 cleanup — critical in food service, healthcare and senior living environments.

    Drying & Moisture

Desiccant and heat drying with verified readings — essential where materials or stock are sensitive.

    Contents

Pack-out and recovery for inventory, records, electronics and fixtures — often the largest line on the claim.

    Reconstruction

Demolition through build-back — drywall, flooring, painting and tenant improvements.

    Common Across Sectors

    What actually causes commercial losses

Different buildings, remarkably similar failure points — and the same short window to act.

    Supply lines and risers

Aged copper, frozen lines and failed fittings above finished ceilings. By the time it shows on the floor below, several assemblies are already wet. Burst pipe response is our highest-volume call.

    Fire suppression discharge

A single head releases a large volume very quickly, and the water travels along structure rather than staying put. See sprinkler system response.

    Roof and envelope failure

Ponding on flat roofs, blocked drains and wind-driven rain during Georgia storms. Handled under roof & weather.

    Mechanical plant leaks

Chillers, condensate lines and cooling towers dripping quietly into ceiling voids for weeks. Often found via thermal imaging.

    Sewer and drain backups

Category 3 water needing containment, removal of porous materials and full decontamination before reoccupancy. See sewer & contamination.

    Groundwater and storm intrusion

Loading docks, basements and slab-on-grade entries during heavy rainfall. Covered by commercial restoration and structural drying.

Support for facility & property managers

Documentation, prevention and planning that works the same way whatever sector you sit in.

We document the loss and work your claim directly with the carrier.

    What Georgia businesses say

    Rated 5 out of 5

Three floors of our office building flooded after a sprinkler discharge. They worked nights so our tenants barely noticed. Flawless communication throughout.

A forklift clipped a sprinkler head in our distribution centre on a Sunday. Crews were pumping within the hour and we shipped on Monday as normal.

A frozen dry-system line let go over the holiday weekend. They documented everything for our carrier and the claim went through without a single query.

    Industry FAQs

The questions facility and property managers ask before they call.

Does it really matter which industry you work in?

It changes the plan more than most people expect. The extraction and drying science is constant, but containment, air handling, working hours, access control and reporting all shift by sector. A cold storage facility and a laboratory need almost opposite environmental controls, even for the same volume of water.

Can you work while we stay open?

In most cases, yes. We phase the job into zones, seal the affected area and run equipment overnight where noise is a problem. Retail, hospitality and senior living and education properties are the ones we most often keep partially operational throughout. Read more on minimising business interruption.

How fast can you be on site?

Within 60 minutes across metro Atlanta and rapidly statewide, 24 hours a day. Facilities on a priority response agreement are dispatched first because we already hold the site details, access notes and contact tree.

Do you handle the insurance side?

Yes. We document the loss to carrier standard, provide moisture mapping reports and bill your carrier directly through our commercial claim assistance team. Sector-specific evidence — food safety records, patient areas, tenant impact — is included where it affects the claim.

What about equipment, stock and records?

Those go through contents pack-out and restoration, which frequently makes up the larger part of a commercial loss. Servers and comms rooms are handled separately under server room drying.

Who is my point of contact across multiple sites?

One project manager, whatever the mix of building types. That is the core of our property manager emergency services — a single number, consistent reporting and one claim thread per site.

Most commercial policies include contents cover. We document the loss item by item, provide restore-versus-replace costings and bill your carrier directly wherever the policy allows — our guide to commercial water damage insurance claims explains what adjusters look for.

Tell us your building type. We'll bring the right crew.

One call mobilizes a commercial crew anywhere in Georgia — around the clock, every day of the year.
