The terms behind the work

Commercial water damage work moves fast. A sprinkler line lets go at 2am, a crew mobilises within minutes, and decisions about access, containment and authorization get made before anyone has time to read fine print. These pages exist so that none of it is a surprise — the terms you agree to when you authorise emergency response, the information we collect when you request pricing, and the standards we hold our website to.

We work only with commercial properties — offices, warehouses, hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools and multi-family buildings across Georgia. That shapes these policies. The people signing our work authorizations are facility managers, property managers, owners and their insurance representatives, not homeowners, so our Terms of Service are written around commercial authority, carrier billing and multi-party sign-off rather than consumer contracts.

Documentation is also central to how we operate. Moisture readings, photographs, equipment logs and daily drying records are produced on every job and shared with your adjuster as part of insurance claim assistance. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to that material, who receives it, and how long it is kept. If anything here is unclear, get in touch before you sign — we would rather answer the question twice than have it come up mid-claim.

Accessibility Statement

The standard this website is built to, the testing behind it, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
Your Information

What a water loss actually generates

Restoration produces a paper trail by design. Moisture maps, psychrometric logs, equipment placement records and photo documentation all exist to support your claim — which means they travel between your team, our crews and your carrier.

Who sees your documentation

Access is limited to the people who need it to complete the work or settle the claim. We do not sell contact data, and we do not share project records outside the parties below without your instruction.

Full detail, including retention periods and deletion requests, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Standards We Work To

Drying and remediation follow ANSI/IICRC S500 and S520, with crews certified and safety practices aligned to OSHA requirements.

Documented Every Day

Daily readings, photographs and equipment logs are recorded on site and issued to your adjuster, so the file supports the claim.

Licensed & Insured

Certificates of insurance, W-9s and vendor onboarding paperwork are available on request for your procurement team.

Accessibility

A site that works under pressure

People reach this website mid-emergency, often on a phone, sometimes in a stairwell with one bar of signal. Accessibility is not a checkbox for us — it is the difference between reaching a crew and not.

We build and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means every page can be operated by keyboard alone, emergency phone numbers and the dispatch request form are reachable without a mouse, text meets contrast requirements at default sizing, and content reflows cleanly down to small mobile viewports without horizontal scrolling.

Accessibility work is never finished, and we would rather hear about a problem than assume there isn’t one. If a page, form or document on this site creates a barrier for you, tell us what happened and what you were trying to do — our Accessibility Statement lists the fastest ways to report it and what to expect afterwards. If you need help right now and the site is in your way, call (800) 555-0182 and a person will answer.

Reporting a barrier

Include the page address, the device and browser you were using, any assistive technology involved, and a short description of what went wrong. We acknowledge reports during business hours and prioritise anything that blocks access to emergency contact details or the request form.

Getting In Touch

Where to send a legal request

Privacy requests, contract questions and accessibility reports all reach the same team. Emergencies never wait on paperwork — call the dispatch line first.

Common Questions

Legal questions we hear most

Anyone with authority to bind the property — an owner, a property or facility manager acting under a management agreement, or a designated representative named in advance. On multi-tenant buildings we usually take authorization from building management rather than an individual tenant, because mitigation often extends beyond a single suite.

If you manage a portfolio, a priority response agreement settles this in advance so nobody is hunting for a signatory at 3am. The full detail sits in our Terms of Service.

Yes — a work authorization covering emergency mitigation. It permits us to stop the spread of water, extract and set drying equipment. It is deliberately narrow: it does not commit you to reconstruction, and it does not waive your right to review the scope.

Full restoration and build-back are quoted and approved separately once the extent of damage is known.

They become part of the loss file. Photographs, moisture readings and daily drying logs are shared with you and your adjuster to support the claim, and retained afterwards so the file can be reproduced if the claim is reopened or a warranty question arises.

We do not publish identifiable client property imagery without written permission — the projects shown in our case studies are used with consent.

In most cases, yes. We work with all commercial carriers and invoice them directly where the policy and adjuster permit it, leaving you responsible for the deductible and any items the policy excludes. Payment terms and what happens on an uninsured or under-insured loss are set out in the Terms of Service.

Our guide to commercial insurance claims walks through how the process typically runs.

Email the privacy address listed above with enough detail to identify the record. We will confirm receipt and tell you what can be removed. Some material cannot be deleted on request — records tied to an open claim, a warranty period, or a legal or insurance retention obligation are held until that obligation ends.

The Privacy Policy sets out the retention periods that apply.

They are written for commercial work performed in Georgia, where we operate. Our service areas cover the whole state, and the same terms apply whether the property is in metro Atlanta or a regional market.
